</div></li><li><div>Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM</div></li><li><div>
Pay rate: $20.00 hourly</div></li></ul><div><div>
<b>Essential Job Functions:</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Regular maintenance of location and if any maintenance problems should abruptly arise, they are to be handled immediately.</div></li><li><div>
Walk to entire garage, sweep and pick up all garbage from floors.</div></li><li><div>
Empty trash cans from every floor.</div></li><li><div>
Clean office and restroom.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain, repair, clean, dust, and mop elevators/building grounds.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain equipment clean and clear of dust.</div></li><li><div>
Remove graffiti when needed.</div></li></ul><div><div><b>
Qualifications</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Must be able to follow schedule and checklist closely but stay flexible when needed.</div></li><li><div>
Must have good observation and reporting skills.</div></li><li><div>
Must be reliable, punctual, thorough, responsible and have a great work ethic.</div></li><li><div>
Must be flexible and available to work weekends and work overtime as needed.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to monitor parking areas for safety, cleanliness (sweeping, moping, un-dusting, minor paint touches).</div></li><li><div>
Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to lift/carry light items (cones, signs usually up to 25 pounds)</div></li><li><div>
Great communication and customer service skills.</div></li></ul><div><div><b>
