Read the entire post before applying.This is NOT a job for someone looking to stand around, move slow, complain about the heat, call off constantly, or ask for more money while putting in less effort.We are looking for a self-motivated individual who wants to work hard, move fast, and grow with a rapidly growing lawn care company.COMMERCIAL MOWING EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY PREFERRED.You need to know how to efficiently operate commercial zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, edgers, and blowers. You should understand mowing patterns, clean stripes, proper trimming, and how to complete a route quickly without sacrificing quality.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Lead a mowing crew and keep everyone moving</li><li>Complete residential and commercial mowing routes efficiently</li><li>Mow, trim, edge, and blow properties to our standards</li><li>Drive a truck and trailer safely</li><li>Load, unload, and secure equipment</li><li>Perform basic equipment checks and maintenance</li><li>Communicate directly with the owner</li><li>Take responsibility when something goes wrong instead of making excuses</li></ul>DO NOT APPLY IF:<ul><li>You are constantly late or calling off</li><li>You complain about working outside, long days, or hot weather</li><li>You need someone watching you every minute to stay productive</li><li>You move slowly and expect everyone else to pick up your slack</li><li>You have a problem taking direction or being corrected</li><li>You are looking for maximum pay with minimum effort</li><li>You do not have reliable transportation</li><li>You have no experience and plan to &ldquo;figure it out as you go&rdquo;</li></ul>We work hard.
