This is NOT a job for someone looking to stand around, move slow, complain about the heat, call off constantly, or ask for more money while putting in less effort.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who wants to work hard, move fast, and grow with a rapidly growing lawn care company.

COMMERCIAL MOWING EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY PREFERRED.

You need to know how to efficiently operate commercial zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, edgers, and blowers. You should understand mowing patterns, clean stripes, proper trimming, and how to complete a route quickly without sacrificing quality.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead a mowing crew and keep everyone moving
• Complete residential and commercial mowing routes efficiently
• Mow, trim, edge, and blow properties to our standards
• Drive a truck and trailer safely
• Load, unload, and secure equipment
• Perform basic equipment checks and maintenance
• Communicate directly with the owner
• Take responsibility when something goes wrong instead of making excuses

• You need someone watching you every minute to stay productive
• You move slowly and expect everyone else to pick up your slack
• You have a problem taking direction or being corrected
• You are looking for maximum pay with minimum effort
• You do not have reliable transportation
• You have no experience and plan to “figure it out as you go”
