Crew Leader, Lawn Care

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Crew Leader for our Lawn Care team to drive excellence in landscape maintenance and gardening services. Duties

• Lead and supervise a crew responsible for lawn care, landscaping, tree care, irrigation, gardening, and general landscape maintenance activities.
• Coordinate daily schedules and assign tasks to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment and tools to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Provide hands-on guidance in horticulture practices, including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and pest management.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations during all outdoor activities.
• Monitor crew performance, provide constructive feedback, and support training in landscaping techniques and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand project scope and deliver exceptional outdoor environments that meet client expectations.

Experience

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or related outdoor service roles.
• Supervising or leadership experience within lawn care or landscaping teams is highly preferred.
• principles, including plant health care, pruning techniques, and soil management.
• Familiarity with construction practices related to outdoor projects such as fencing or hardscaping is a plus.
• Skills in irrigation system installation and maintenance as well as tree care are advantageous.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate a team while ensuring safety standards are upheld.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
