Company: Parth PrintsReporting To: ManagementLocation: SuratRole OverviewThe HR Executive will be responsible for overall HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance monitoring, employee engagement, policy implementation, performance coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the workforce across production, sales, designing, and packaging departments. The role demands strong coordination, communication, and people management skills.Key Results Area(KRAs)A. Recruitment &amp; Workforce Management<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment for all departments (production operators, designers, sales executives, telecallers, admin staff).</li><li>Prepare job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews.</li><li>Maintain a sufficient talent pipeline for urgent requirements.</li></ul>B. Onboarding &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Complete joining formalities, ID creation, documentation, and induction of new employees.</li><li>Maintain employee personal files, appointment letters, policies, and compliance documentation.</li><li>Introduce new employees to company processes and teams.</li></ul>C. Attendance, Leave &amp; Shift Management<ul><li>Monitor daily attendance and resolve attendance discrepancies.</li><li>Manage leave records, permissions, and maintain monthly attendance sheets.</li><li>Coordinate shift schedules for production team and ensure manpower availability.</li></ul>D. Employee Relations &amp; Communication<ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns.</li><li>Maintain a healthy work environment and support employees with HR-related issues.</li><li>Conduct employee engagement activities (birthdays, appreciation, festivals, etc.).</li></ul>E. HR Policies &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure company rules, policies, and code of conduct are followed.</li><li>Support management in drafting and updating HR policies as needed.</li><li>Maintain compliance-related documentation (as per company requirements).</li></ul>F. Performance &amp; Appraisal Coordination<ul><li>Assist in implementing performance review processes.</li><li>Maintain performance-related data and coordinate review meetings with department heads.</li><li>Share reports with management for evaluation and decision-making.</li></ul>G. Payroll Support<ul><li>Support payroll processing by sharing attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions information.</li><li>Ensure accuracy of monthly HR inputs for salary disbursement.</li></ul>H. The role demands strong command over CorelDRAW, attention to detail, color accuracy, and close coordination with the production team to ensure error-free output.Key Results Area (KRAs)A. Design Output &amp; Quality<ul><li>Create print-ready designs in CorelDRAW with 100% accuracy in layout, bleed, resolution, and color profiles.</li><li>Ensure error-free designs by following all pre-press guidelines and internal quality checks.</li><li>Deliver consistent brand-aligned designs for each project as per client requirement.</li></ul>B. Turnaround Time &amp; Productivity<ul><li>Complete design tasks within committed deadlines for daily, weekly, and monthly orders.</li><li>Maintain high productivity by handling multiple jobs simultaneously without compromising quality.</li></ul>C. Collaboration with Production &amp; Sales Team<ul><li>Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs are suitable for printing on machines.</li><li>Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide design suggestions.</li><li>Provide quick design revisions based on feedback.</li></ul>D. File Management &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain proper design file structure, naming conventions, and archives for easy retrieval.</li><li>Ensure correct export formats (PDF/X, CDR, TIFF etc.) based on job type and machine requirement.</li></ul>E. Client Satisfaction &amp; Communication<ul><li>Provide creative suggestions when needed to improve final output.</li><li>Ensure zero rework due to design mistakes.</li></ul>F. Innovation &amp; Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Stay updated with new CorelDRAW features, printing trends, layouts, and color management best practices.</li><li>Suggest design improvements that can reduce time, cost, or errors.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; CompetenciesTechnical Skills<ul><li>Expert-level proficiency in CorelDRAW (mandatory).</li></ul>Strong knowledge of:<ul><li>Print layouts</li><li>Color modes (CMYK, Pantone)</li><li>Bleed, margins, resolution, export settings</li><li>Pre-press and post-press requirements</li><li>Typography, alignment, spacing</li><li>Ability to prepare print-ready files for screen printing, offset printing &amp; digital printing.</li></ul>Soft Skills:- <ul><li>Strong time management</li><li>Creativity and originality</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Good communication for inter-team coordination</li><li>Ownership and accountability for assigned designs</li></ul>Required Experience :- <ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of experience in print &amp; production-based graphic designing.</li><li>Strong portfolio of print work.
