Role Overview
The HR Executive will be responsible for overall HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance monitoring, employee engagement, policy implementation, performance coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the workforce across production, sales, designing, and packaging departments. The role demands strong coordination, communication, and people management skills.
Key Results Area(KRAs)
A. Recruitment & Workforce Management
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for all departments (production operators, designers, sales executives, telecallers, admin staff).
- Prepare job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews.
- Maintain a sufficient talent pipeline for urgent requirements.
B. Onboarding & Documentation
- Complete joining formalities, ID creation, documentation, and induction of new employees.
- Maintain employee personal files, appointment letters, policies, and compliance documentation.
- Introduce new employees to company processes and teams.
C. Attendance, Leave & Shift Management
- Monitor daily attendance and resolve attendance discrepancies.
- Manage leave records, permissions, and maintain monthly attendance sheets.
- Coordinate shift schedules for production team and ensure manpower availability.
D. Employee Relations & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Maintain a healthy work environment and support employees with HR-related issues.
- Conduct employee engagement activities (birthdays, appreciation, festivals, etc.).
E. HR Policies & Compliance
- Ensure company rules, policies, and code of conduct are followed.
- Support management in drafting and updating HR policies as needed.
- Maintain compliance-related documentation (as per company requirements).
F. Performance & Appraisal Coordination
- Assist in implementing performance review processes.
- Maintain performance-related data and coordinate review meetings with department heads.
- Share reports with management for evaluation and decision-making.
G. Payroll Support
- Support payroll processing by sharing attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions information.
- Ensure accuracy of monthly HR inputs for salary disbursement.
H. Exit Management
- Handle resignation process, exit interviews, clearance, and final documentation.
- Maintain records for turnover and reasons for employee exits.

Required Experience :-
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR operations.
- Experience in manufacturing or printing industry (preferred but not compulsory).
- Graduation in HR/Business Administration; MBA in HR is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and basic HR tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
