Job OverviewWe are looking for a smart, organized, and professional HR &amp; Front Desk Executive to manage office reception, employee coordination, recruitment support, and daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional personality, and basic knowledge of HR processes.This role combines HR responsibilities with front desk management to ensure smooth office operations.Key Responsibilities Front Desk &amp; Reception Duties:<ul><li>Greet and welcome visitors and clients</li><li>Answer and manage incoming calls professionally</li><li>Maintain visitor log and records</li><li>Handle courier, mail, and office documentation</li><li>Manage meeting room scheduling</li><li>Maintain office discipline and coordination</li></ul>HR Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in recruitment and interview scheduling</li><li>Maintain employee records and documentation</li><li>Handle attendance and leave records</li><li>Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and experience letters</li><li>Support onboarding and exit formalities</li><li>Coordinate payroll data with accounts team</li><li>Assist in employee engagement activities</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Good communication skills (Hindi &amp; English)</li><li>Professional appearance and positive attitude</li><li>Basic knowledge of HR processes</li><li>MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Email)</li><li>Organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Confidentiality and responsibility</li></ul>Qualification<ul><li>Graduate / MBA (HR) / BBA / Any relevant degree</li><li>Freshers with strong communication skills can apply</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
