HR Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a smart, organized, and professional HR & Front Desk Executive to manage office reception, employee coordination, recruitment support, and daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional personality, and basic knowledge of HR processes.

This role combines HR responsibilities with front desk management to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients
  • Answer and manage incoming calls professionally
  • Maintain visitor log and records
  • Handle courier, mail, and office documentation
  • Manage meeting room scheduling
  • Maintain office discipline and coordination

HR Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and interview scheduling
  • Maintain employee records and documentation
  • Handle attendance and leave records
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and experience letters
  • Support onboarding and exit formalities
  • Coordinate payroll data with accounts team
  • Assist in employee engagement activities

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes
  • MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Confidentiality and responsibility

Qualification

  • Graduate / MBA (HR) / BBA / Any relevant degree
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
