This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our digital storytelling and influence our community through vibrant visuals, captivating narratives, and strategic campaigns.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.</li><li>Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that resonate with target audiences and reflect current trends in social media marketing.</li><li>Manage daily social media activities using tools like high level to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and optimize posting times for maximum reach.</li><li>Conduct social listening to gather insights about audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content planning.</li><li>Utilize Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design projects that enhance visual storytelling.</li><li>Implement SEO best practices and keyword research techniques to improve content visibility on search engines and social platforms.</li><li>Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to measure campaign performance, track KPIs, and report on ROI.</li><li>Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to boost key content pieces and target specific demographics effectively.</li><li>Foster relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners through public relations efforts to expand reach and credibility.</li><li>Maintain consistent branding across all channels while adapting messaging for different audiences and formats.</li><li>Proofread all content meticulously to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand standards before publishing.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management combined with a strong portfolio of content creation projects demonstrating creativity and technical skill.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite; video editing skills are a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social media marketing strategies.</li><li>Experience managing social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or high level for scheduling and analytics purposes.</li><li>Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform along with experience in digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing engagement or conversions.</li><li>Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written communications.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, influencers, media contacts, and community partners.
