Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that resonate with target audiences and reflect current trends in social media marketing.
  • Manage daily social media activities using tools like high level to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and optimize posting times for maximum reach.
  • Conduct social listening to gather insights about audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content planning.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design projects that enhance visual storytelling.
  • Implement SEO best practices and keyword research techniques to improve content visibility on search engines and social platforms.
  • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to measure campaign performance, track KPIs, and report on ROI.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to boost key content pieces and target specific demographics effectively.
  • Foster relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners through public relations efforts to expand reach and credibility.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all channels while adapting messaging for different audiences and formats.
  • Proofread all content meticulously to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand standards before publishing.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management combined with a strong portfolio of content creation projects demonstrating creativity and technical skill.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite; video editing skills are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social media marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or high level for scheduling and analytics purposes.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform along with experience in digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing engagement or conversions.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written communications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
