If you&rsquo;re energetic, organized, and eager to contribute to a growing company, this position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills while supporting our team&rsquo;s success.Duties<ul><li>Manage front desk operations.</li><li>Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls efficiently</li><li>Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records</li><li>Support office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, invoicing and coordinating meetings</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices</li><li>Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the workspace remains organized and welcoming</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong computer literacy working with Quickbooks and Jobtread software.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive interactions</li><li>Office management experience including calendar management and clerical support roles</li><li>Attention to detail for proofreading documents, data entry accuracy, and filing systems</li><li>Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, office equipment, and general clerical procedures</li><li>Time management skills enabling efficient handling of multiple priorities throughout the workday</li></ul>This paid position offers a rewarding environment where your organizational talents will shine.
