JD for a Pre-Primary TeacherResponsibilities:<ul><li>Inspire children to communicate with each other in a friendly manner.</li><li>Provide examples in peaceful resolving of arguments.</li><li>Employ various educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children.</li><li>Evaluate students' academic and social growth, keep appropriate records, and prepare progress reports.</li><li>Observing each child help them improve their social competencies and build self- esteem.</li><li>Encourage children to interact with each other.</li><li>Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (e.g., identifying shapes, numbers, or colours, doing crafts, etc.).</li><li>Collaborate with educators on the planners and activities.</li><li>School decoration on Occasions and display boards will be updated occasionally.</li></ul>Requirement: <ul><li>Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods.</li><li>Good understanding of child development and educational methods.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>A balance between a creative mind and a practical acumen.</li><li>A Bachelor's degree with an NTT course is mandatory.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to &#8377;20,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Pre-Primary teacher: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Bangalore Urban District, Karnataka (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 03/10/2025
