JD for a Pre-Primary Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Inspire children to communicate with each other in a friendly manner.
• Provide examples in peaceful resolving of arguments.
• Employ various educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children.
• Evaluate students' academic and social growth, keep appropriate records, and prepare progress reports.
• Observing each child help them improve their social competencies and build self- esteem.
• Encourage children to interact with each other.
• Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (e.g., identifying shapes, numbers, or colours, doing crafts, etc.).
• Collaborate with educators on the planners and activities.
• School decoration on Occasions and display boards will be updated occasionally.

Requirement:

• Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods.
• Good understanding of child development and educational methods.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A balance between a creative mind and a practical acumen.
• A Bachelor's degree with an NTT course is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
