Job SummaryThe Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales, achieving monthly targets, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves handling walk-in customers, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring smooth delivery of vehicles while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Attend walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.</li><li>Present and explain product features, pricing, finance options, and offers.</li><li>Conduct test drives by coordinating with customers.</li><li>Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and visits.</li><li>Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.</li><li>Coordinate with the documentation team for loan, registration, and delivery processes.</li><li>Maintain daily customer records, follow-up sheets, and sales reports.</li><li>Ensure showroom display vehicles are clean and presentation-ready.</li><li>Build long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business.</li><li>Assist in promotional events, campaigns, and outdoor activities as required.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum HSC / Graduate.</li><li>Experience in two-wheeler or four-wheeler automobile sales preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work under targets and handle customer pressure.</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone usage.</li><li>Pleasant personality, confidence, and customer-oriented behavior.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
