Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales, achieving monthly targets, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves handling walk-in customers, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring smooth delivery of vehicles while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Present and explain product features, pricing, finance options, and offers.
- Conduct test drives by coordinating with customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and visits.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
- Coordinate with the documentation team for loan, registration, and delivery processes.
- Maintain daily customer records, follow-up sheets, and sales reports.
- Ensure showroom display vehicles are clean and presentation-ready.
- Build long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Assist in promotional events, campaigns, and outdoor activities as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum HSC / Graduate.
- Experience in two-wheeler or four-wheeler automobile sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under targets and handle customer pressure.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone usage.
- Pleasant personality, confidence, and customer-oriented behavior.
