The Pre-Primary Mother Teacher is responsible for nurturing the overall development of children aged 3&ndash;6 years in a warm, caring, and stimulating environment. The teacher will serve as the primary caregiver and educator for a class, integrating academic, emotional, and social development through age-appropriate teaching strategies.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and implement engaging, play-based lessons in foundational literacy, numeracy, art, music, and motor skills development.</li><li>Foster emotional, social, and cognitive growth through structured and unstructured activities.</li><li>Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.</li><li>Monitor and assess each child&rsquo;s development and learning progress through observation and documentation.</li><li>Maintain daily communication with parents about their child&rsquo;s routines, behavior, and milestones.</li><li>Organize classroom materials and learning spaces to stimulate curiosity and creativity.</li><li>Support toilet training, hygiene, and independent behavior in young children.</li><li>Collaborate with co-teachers, aides, and administrative staff to ensure smooth classroom operations.</li><li>Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher conferences.</li><li>Model and promote positive behavior, respect, and empathy among children.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>teaching: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
