OverviewPathway 2 Purpose Wellness &amp; Consulting is a growing behavioral health practice providing psychological evaluations, therapy, and consulting services. As the practice expands across multiple locations, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and enhance the client experience.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and interested in growing with a developing organization.Duties<ul><li>Answer incoming calls and return voicemails</li><li>Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars</li><li>Respond to emails and text inquiries in a timely manner</li><li>Assist with client intake and onboarding</li><li>Maintain organized client records and documentation</li><li>Track referrals and follow up with inquiries</li><li>Assist with insurance verification (as needed)</li><li>Monitor and respond to social media messages (as needed)</li><li>Provide general administrative support to the practice</li></ul>SkillsProven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.<ul><li>Previous administrative or virtual assistant experience preferred</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage time effectively</li><li>Professional, reliable, and responsive</li><li>Comfortable handling confidential information (HIPAA awareness preferred)</li><li>Experience in healthcare or mental health is a plus</li></ul>Ideal Candidate<ul><li>Detail-oriented and proactive</li><li>Strong communicator</li><li>Able to work independently</li><li>Takes initiative and problem-solves effectively</li><li>Interested in growing with a small but expanding business</li></ul>Additional Opportunity (Optional In-Person Support)Occasional in-person support may be available for candidates located in or near Mobile, AL. This includes assisting with on-site administrative tasks during scheduled evaluation days.As the practice continues to expand, there may also be opportunities for additional in-person support in other locations for candidates who are interested.
