Job Overview We are seeking experienced and reliable exterior subcontractors to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of exterior building projects, including residential, commercial, and remodeling endeavors. As an exterior subcontractor, you will be responsible for executing specialized tasks with precision and professionalism, ensuring high-quality results that meet project specifications and client expectations. This position is paid and ideal for skilled tradespeople eager to showcase their craftsmanship in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Duties<ul><li>Install and repair building exteriors such as siding, stucco, brickwork, masonry, and roofing systems with attention to detail and safety standards</li><li>Perform gutter installation, trim carpentry, door hanging, window framing, and other exterior finishing tasks following blueprints and technical drawings</li><li>Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete projects on time</li><li>Interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate material fabrication and installation</li><li>Conduct construction inspection to verify adherence to specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols</li><li>Measure dimensions precisely using tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fitment of materials and fixtures</li><li>Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate schedules, materials delivery, and site logistics for seamless project execution</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in exterior construction trades such as masonry, roofing, siding installation, or related fields</li><li>Proficiency in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and following detailed construction plans</li><li>Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, and heavy equipment operation</li><li>Knowledge of building materials installation including stucco, tile masonry, concrete forming/finishing, caulking, glazing (glass installation), fixture installation, and restoration work</li><li>Familiarity with construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus</li><li>Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately for precise material fitting</li><li>Strong understanding of safety practices related to construction site work and working at heights</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude on-site</li></ul>Nice-to-Have Skills (Optional but Beneficial)<ul><li>Experience with Bluebeam software for digital plan review and markup</li><li>Construction estimating experience for project planning support</li><li>Construction inspection background ensuring compliance with codes and standards</li><li>Knowledge of plumbing or electrical systems relevant to exterior work projects</li><li>Certification or experience in welding or fabrication techniques</li></ul>Join our team as an exterior subcontractor if you&rsquo;re passionate about craftsmanship and eager to deliver outstanding results on every project.
