Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and reliable exterior subcontractors to join our dynamic construction team. As an exterior subcontractor, you will be responsible for executing specialized tasks with precision and professionalism, ensuring high-quality results that meet project specifications and client expectations. Duties

• Install and repair building exteriors such as siding, stucco, brickwork, masonry, and roofing systems with attention to detail and safety standards
• Perform gutter installation, trim carpentry, door hanging, window framing, and other exterior finishing tasks following blueprints and technical drawings
• Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete projects on time
• Interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate material fabrication and installation
• Conduct construction inspection to verify adherence to specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Measure dimensions precisely using tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fitment of materials and fixtures
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate schedules, materials delivery, and site logistics for seamless project execution

Qualifications

• Proven experience in exterior construction trades such as masonry, roofing, siding installation, or related fields
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and following detailed construction plans
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, and heavy equipment operation
• Knowledge of building materials installation including stucco, tile masonry, concrete forming/finishing, caulking, glazing (glass installation), fixture installation, and restoration work
• Familiarity with construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus
• Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately for precise material fitting
• Strong understanding of safety practices related to construction site work and working at heights
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude on-site

Nice-to-Have Skills (Optional but Beneficial)

• Experience with Bluebeam software for digital plan review and markup
• Construction estimating experience for project planning support
• Construction inspection background ensuring compliance with codes and standards
• Knowledge of plumbing or electrical systems relevant to exterior work projects
• Certification or experience in welding or fabrication techniques
