Pathways To A Better Life, LLC is seeking a professional to assist part-time with bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online and documentation of monthly trainings for each employee. Confidentiality and reliability is a must!Pathways To A Better Life, LLC is a Wisconsin healthcare facility that provides a full continuum of substance use treatment services for adults suffering with the disease of addiction. Pathways has several locations. This position is to be performed at our main administrative office: 530 State Road 67 in Kiel.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create invoices and enter payments in QuickBooks based on services rendered. Send invoices monthly and follow-up on aging receivables.</li><li>Prepare bills in QuickBooks for payment. Scan and attach bills and purchase receipts.</li><li>Track training details for each employee. Communicate with department managers regarding required training areas that are missing for any employee.</li><li>Obtain knowledge of all Pathways' services and contract details to successfully perform duties.</li><li>Assist with other general office duties as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Can multitask several important projects to meet deadlines.</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Intuit QuickBooks required.</li><li>Has good communication and writing skills.</li><li>Able to solve problems, seek out answers, and communicate results.</li><li>Maintain clear boundaries between work and personal life.</li><li>Healthy communication which involves active listening, strong leadership, organizational skills.</li><li>Can work independently and work well with others.</li><li>Will be approachable and available.</li><li>Able to de-escalate situations.</li><li>Is detail-oriented.</li><li>Has a positive attitude, a passion to help others, and a desire to improve the health of our community one person, and one family at a time.</li></ul>Office hours are 8am-4pm, Monday - Friday.Schedule:<ul><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Have you received HIPAA training and worked with PHI before?</li><li>How is your previous experience relevant to this role?</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kiel, WI 53042
