Job Description:As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive test plans, identify and report defects, and contribute to the overall improvement of our QA processes.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of software products.</li><li>Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and user stories.</li><li>Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks to streamline the testing process.</li><li>Conduct manual testing as needed to validate the functionality and usability of applications.</li><li>Perform regression testing to verify that new features and enhancements do not adversely impact existing functionality.</li><li>Investigate and troubleshoot reported issues to identify root causes and recommend solutions.</li><li>Document test results, defects, and other relevant information in a clear and concise manner.</li><li>Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.</li><li>Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on testing best practices and methodologies.</li><li>Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3-4 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on web or mobile applications.</li><li>Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in automated testing tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.</li><li>Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.</li><li>Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in iterative development environments.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹53,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Mota Varachha, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Mota Varachha, Surat, Gujarat (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
