</ul></div><div><div>Pattillo, Brown &amp; Hill, L.L.P. is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to join our internal IT team and support approximately 250 users across multiple offices.<br>
</div><div>This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional who can troubleshoot methodically, communicate clearly with non-technical users, and take ownership of issues from diagnosis through resolution. You&rsquo;ll work closely with a small, highly experienced team while operating with a high level of independence in a fast-paced professional services environment.<br>

</div><div><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b><br>
</div><div>Technical Support &amp; Troubleshooting<br>
</div>Serve as primary point of contact for IT support requests across workstations, peripherals, applications, and connectivity<br>

</li>Diagnose and resolve technical issues using structured troubleshooting methods<br>
<li>
</li>Support Windows 10/11 environments, hardware (docking stations, printers, monitors), and network printing systems<br>
<li>
</li>Assist both onsite and remote users across VPN, wireless, and mobile environments<br>
<li>
</li>Support a wide range of business applications used in a professional services setting<br>
<li>
</li></ul><div>Systems Administration &amp; Infrastructure Support<br>
</div>Perform account and workstation administration using Active Directory<br>
<ul><li>
</li>Assist with Group Policy, authentication, endpoint configuration, and network connectivity troubleshooting<br>
<li>
</li>Support system updates, workstation deployments, and general infrastructure maintenance<br>
<li>
</li>Maintain secure and reliable system performance across offices<br>
<li>
</li></ul><div>User Support &amp; Communication<br>
</div>Communicate directly with partners and staff to diagnose issues and guide troubleshooting in real time<br>
<ul><li>
</li>Translate technical concepts into clear, approachable guidance for non-technical users<br>
<li>
</li>Provide responsive, professional support in time-sensitive or high-visibility situations<br>
<li>
</li>Encourage a positive helpdesk experience that builds user trust and engagement<br>
<li>
</li></ul><div>Ownership &amp; Operational Support<br>
</div>Maintain ownership of issues through resolution, including appropriate escalation when needed<br>
<ul><li>
</li>Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for internal knowledge sharing<br>
<li>
</li>Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as required<br>
<li>
</li>Support multiple office locations, including regular on-site presence as needed<br>
<li>
</li></ul><div><b>Who You Are</b><br>
</div>5+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate or professional services environment<br>
<ul><li>
</li>Strong ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues<br>
<li>
</li>Experienced supporting Windows-based environments and Active Directory<br>
<li>
</li>Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN)<br>
<li>
</li>Organized and able to prioritize issues impacting business operations<br>
<li>
</li>Clear communicator with a service-oriented mindset<br>
<li>
</li>Professional and composed in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations<br>
<li>
</li>Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a small team<br>
<li>

</div>Group Policy troubleshooting and administration<br>
