We have an opening for a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic law firm.
The Procurement Contracts Administrator will play a critical role in managing, drafting, reviewing, and tracking contracts to ensure accuracy, timely execution across multiple jurisdiction and compliance with legal and firm standards. This position requires strong administrative skills, a keen understanding of procurement contract law, and the ability to collaborate with attorneys, vendors, and internal firm stakeholders to support the firm&rsquo;s operations.
In this capacity, the Procurement Contracts Administrator will:
<ul><li>Draft, review, and negotiate procurement related contracts, agreements, and legal documents under the guidance of attorneys, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations;</li><li>
Maintain and organize a centralized contract management system, tracking key dates, renewals, and deliverables;</li><li>
Identify contracts requiring due diligence and risk assessments on contracts to identify potential issues or discrepancies;</li><li>
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., legal, finance, risk, and procurement operations) and external parties to facilitate contract execution and implementation;</li><li>
Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding contract status, processes, and policy questions;</li><li>
In coordination with the SRM team, monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions, flagging potential risks or breaches for attorney review;</li><li>
Prepare summaries and reports on contract statuses, obligations, and performance metrics for firm leadership;</li><li>
Assist in developing and updating contract templates, clauses, and firm policies to streamline processes;</li><li>
Ensure all contracts and related documents are stored securely and comply with data protection regulations;</li><li>
Provide administrative support for contract-related inquiries and disputes, escalating complex issues to attorneys as needed; and</li><li>
Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory changes impacting contract management.</li></ul>
Proficiencies:
<ul><li>Proficiency in contract management software (e.g., DocuSign, Contract Works) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);</li><li>
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with attorneys, internal stakeholders, and vendors;</li><li>
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;</li><li>
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team; and</li><li>
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.</li></ul><div>
Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (Paralegal certification or equivalent is a plus);</li><li>
2+years of experience in contract administration, preferably within a procurement environment;</li><li>
Experience with legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis);</li><li>
Knowledge of risk management and compliance frameworks;</li><li>
Strong understanding of contract law principles and legal terminology;</li><li>
Familiarity with compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, or industry-specific standards) is a plus;
</li><li>Familiarity with international legal or regulatory framework is a plus;</li><li>
Previous experience working in a global legal team or global procurement team;</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset; and</li><li>
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.</li></ul>

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $64,000 and a maximum of $79,500 annually. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.

The Procurement Business Intelligence Analyst will provide operational support for the department, collecting and reporting performance metrics across procurement operations, assisting in streamlining procurement workflows, and helping with the implementation of procurement management software.
In this capacity, the Procurement Business Intelligence Analyst will:
<ul><li>Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to support procurement strategy and operational decisions;</li>

Procurement Business Intelligence Analyst

We have an opening for a Procurement Analyst (Corporate Services).
Under the direct supervision of the Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing and the indirect supervision of the Director of Procurement, the Procurement Analyst will play a key role in supporting the firm&rsquo;s strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives for multiple categories in the corporate functions (Facilities, Talent Management, Legal, Marketing, Research). This position is responsible for analyzing spend data, managing supplier performance, and helping drive cost efficiencies and process improvements across multiple categories. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that enhance value for the organization. The Procurement function has a collaborative, high-performance team culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
In this capacity, the Procurement Analyst will:
Data Analysis &amp; Reporting
<ul><li>Analyze spend, contract, and supplier data to identify cost-saving opportunities and procurement trends;</li>
<li>Develop dashboards and reports to support sourcing strategies and decision-making; and</li>
<li>Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including supplier performance, contract compliance, and savings realization.</li>
</ul>Sourcing &amp; Category Support
<ul><li>Support sourcing events such as RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, including documentation preparation, data collection, and bid analysis;</li>
<li>Assist in evaluating suppliers based on pricing, quality, service, and risk; and</li>
<li>Contribute to category management plans and supplier rationalization efforts.</li>
</ul>Contract Management
<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of contracts and supplier agreements;</li>
<li>Support contract renewals, extensions, and compliance tracking; and</li>
<li>Partner with legal and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with firm policies.</li>
</ul>Process Improvement
<ul><li>Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, automation, and reporting tools;</li>
<li>Support implementation of new systems or analytics tools to enhance procurement efficiency; and</li>
<li>Contribute to best practice sharing across the sourcing function.</li>
</ul>Stakeholder &amp; Supplier Engagement
<ul><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and sourcing priorities; and</li>
<li>Support supplier relationship management activities to drive continuous improvement and innovation.</li>
</ul>Proficiencies:
<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as a team member;</li>
<li>Excellent time management skills with ability to multitask and meet deadlines;</li>
