We have an opening for a Senior Coordinator, Talent Development.

The Senior Coordinator, Talent Development is a hands-on, detail-oriented professional responsible for the seamless project management, execution, and delivery of the firm's core learning and development initiatives. This role is central to the success of the firm’s training programs, including supporting the Associate Training Initiative and the firm's mandatory Continuing Legal Education (CLE)/Continuing Professional Development (CPD) compliance efforts. The Senior Coordinator ensures all training programs, from logistical setup to accreditation, are executed efficiently, providing a high-quality experience for all participants. This role will report directly to the Talent Development Senior Manager.

The hours for this position will be 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

In this capacity, the Senior Coordinator, Talent Development will:

  • Lead coordination of Talent Development in-house training and signature programs, including legal practice group and department and other Associate Training Initiative programming;
  • Responsible for leading scheduling, coordinating logistics, drafting/sending invitations, reviewing/compiling training materials, and preparing/processing surveys;
  • Logistical coordination includes communicating with practice group and department leads regarding training curricula and scheduling;
  • Responsible for hosting high-quality webinars, hybrid, and live classroom trainings and troubleshooting with IT for optimal lawyer training experience;
  • Consult with and advise attorneys and administrative professionals regarding CLE/CPD compliance, including responding to CLE inquiries after researching and confirming CLE protocols and processes;
  • In collaboration with other Sr Coordinators, lead the Firm’s CLE/CPD training coordination, including maintaining lawyer CLE database (CE Manager);
  • Prepare CLE application forms and documentation for CLE accreditation of in-house and client programs; responsible for state CLE reporting;
  • Maintain and enter programs in Learning Management System (“LMS”)/eLearning Library;
  • In collaboration with other Senior Coordinators, lead training reporting, evaluation, and survey management;
  • Seek opportunities to continue to learn, innovate, and improve;
  • Stay current on legal professional development trends/best practices and share with the Talent Development team, and
  • Additional responsibilities and projects, as needed.

Proficiencies:

  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Advanced problem-solving, research, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment;
  • Demonstrated proactive and growth mindset;
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism;
  • Ability to research, analyze, and synthesize data; and
  • Interest in and curiosity about CLE.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required); and
  • At least 4 years of experience in a professional services environment (law firm or law school experience, preferred).

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $80,000 and a maximum of $102,000 annually. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
