The right person will not just take orders&mdash;they will guide customers, solve problems, and help drive the day-to-day flow of the business.What Makes This Role Different<ul><li>You are the front line of the business&mdash;customers rely on you</li><li>You will own orders from start to finish, not just pass them along</li><li>You will help keep production organized and moving efficiently</li><li>Your ability to communicate clearly and accurately directly impacts success</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage customer interactions in person, by phone, and via email with professionalism and confidence</li><li>Guide customers through product options, materials, and best solutions</li><li>Write clear, detailed, and accurate orders for production</li><li>Communicate proactively with customers regarding proofs, changes, and timelines</li><li>Prepare and adjust artwork using CorelDRAW, Illustrator, or similar software</li><li>Review and proof all details before releasing jobs to production</li><li>Coordinate with the production team to ensure jobs are executed correctly and on time</li><li>Help prioritize workflow and keep the front end of the business running smoothly</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to take control of conversations</li><li>Excellent typing skills and speed (you will be entering orders and emailing throughout the day)</li><li>Clear, professional email communication skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong attention to detail&mdash;accuracy is critical in this role</li><li>Graphic design experience (CorelDRAW, Illustrator, or similar) preferred</li><li>Problem-solver who takes initiative and ownership</li></ul>Ideal Experience<ul><li>Print shop, sign shop, or apparel decoration environment</li><li>Awards, engraving, or custom product businesses</li><li>Customer-facing roles involving detailed order entry</li><li>Experience managing multiple jobs, deadlines, and client expectations</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Orders are accurate, clear, and production-ready</li><li>Customers feel confident and taken care of</li><li>Production runs smoother because of strong intake</li><li>Fewer errors, fewer re-dos, and better overall workflow</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Full-time, stable position in a well-established company</li><li>Health insurance after 90 days</li><li>Paid Time Off and sick time</li><li>Opportunity to grow into a leadership or management role</li><li>A position where your impact is visible and valued</li></ul>Pay$24 &ndash; $26 per hour depending on experienceLocationBarrington, NJ (In-person)How to ApplyTo help us identify candidates with strong attention to detail, please include the word &ldquo;Barrington&rdquo; at the top of your application.Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
