We are looking for a high-level Sales & Order Intake Specialist who can take ownership of the customer experience—from first contact through production handoff—with accuracy, professionalism, and confidence.
This is a key role in our company. The right person will not just take orders—they will guide customers, solve problems, and help drive the day-to-day flow of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions in person, by phone, and via email with professionalism and confidence
- Guide customers through product options, materials, and best solutions
- Write clear, detailed, and accurate orders for production
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding proofs, changes, and timelines
- Prepare and adjust artwork using CorelDRAW, Illustrator, or similar software
- Review and proof all details before releasing jobs to production
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure jobs are executed correctly and on time
- Help prioritize workflow and keep the front end of the business running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to take control of conversations
- Excellent typing skills and speed (you will be entering orders and emailing throughout the day)
- Clear, professional email communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail—accuracy is critical in this role
- Graphic design experience (CorelDRAW, Illustrator, or similar) preferred
- Problem-solver who takes initiative and ownership
Ideal Experience
- Print shop, sign shop, or apparel decoration environment
- Awards, engraving, or custom product businesses
- Customer-facing roles involving detailed order entry
- Experience managing multiple jobs, deadlines, and client expectations
