Medical Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our healthcare sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical and pharmaceutical products, with a proven track record in B2B sales and account management. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative medical solutions to healthcare providers, demonstrating product benefits through engaging demos, and building lasting relationships with clients. Your expertise in technical sales, negotiation, and customer service will be vital in driving growth and expanding our market presence.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities within the medical community.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure favorable terms that align with company objectives.
  • Manage key accounts by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Deliver technical sales presentations that effectively communicate product advantages and clinical value propositions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and product improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic sales plans and promotional materials using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to showcase products and expand professional networks.

Experience

  • Proven experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales with a focus on B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated success in outside sales roles with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills essential for building rapport with healthcare professionals.
  • Familiarity with medical devices or pharmaceutical products is highly desirable.
  • Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications—Word, PowerPoint—and proficiency in conducting product demos effectively.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.11 - $27.83 per hour
