 Overview
 
 
 
 
 We are looking for a high-trust, high-impact Executive Assistant to assist the CEO across all aspects of the business. You will sit at the center of a dynamic, multi-platform company that touches podcasts, YouTube, publishing, live events, and creators. Your job is to create leverage for the CEO - clearing roadblocks, structuring chaos, and ensuring priorities turn into execution.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Salary Range: $50k-60k
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Essential Functions:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Manage a complex professional and personal calendar, including internal and external meetings.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proactively anticipate conflicts and ensure the schedule reflects business priorities.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Prepare meeting materials such as research, briefs, agendas, and talking points. Capture and distribute notes with clear action items.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Draft and maintain decks, documents, and materials for CEO meetings, presentations, and engagements.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Manage administrative logistics such as expense reports, subscriptions, mailings, office supplies, kitchen ordering and restocking, general administrative needs, and onboarding tasks for department and new employees.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Handle vendor invoices, payments, and basic financial tracking to support smooth day to day operations.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Manage communication with the building operations team to address office needs, repairs, access, and day to day facilities support.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Book and manage personal and professional travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, reservations, and detailed itineraries.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Plan complex personal travel and destination vacations for the CEO and family, including multi-stop itineraries.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Organize private events and dinners for family, talent, and key relationships.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Plan and execute team offsites, team meetings, and dinners, including handling venues, meals, logistics, and communication.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Manage a gifting calendar for holidays, milestones, and creator and partner needs.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Support preparation for speaking engagements, conferences, media appearances, and industry events.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Handle occasional personal errands and ad hoc tasks.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Prerequisite Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role in the entertainment or content production industry.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience coordinating and managing travel plans and events, both personal and professional.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, manage multiple calendars, coordinate complex schedules, and handle large volumes of email and correspondence.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ability to prioritize multiple projects and expectations and maintain a sharp focus while managing competing priorities.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Be proactive and anticipate needs and/or changes that may occur
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Able to meet tight deadlines, prioritize multiple projects and expectations, and maintain a sharp focus while managing competing priorities
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proficient in presentation deck building for meetings.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proficient in using Gmail, Google Drive and Google Calendar.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ability to comfortably work closely and discreetly with well-known talent and executives.&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, including travel details, documentation, scheduling, event planning and coordination.
 
 </li>

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 Ability to work in the Los Angeles PAVE Studios office environment on a full-time basis, with some night and weekend work, as required.&nbsp;

 Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and in high-stress situations.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, around-the-clock work environment.
 
 </li>
