Our team culture values collaboration, learning, and technical excellence.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Consultant &ndash; Cybersecurity with strong technical and consulting expertise, fluent Japanese language proficiency, and the ability to lead and deliver complex cybersecurity engagements. This individual will play a key role in security architecture, compliance, and consulting assignments while mentoring junior consultants and engaging with stakeholders.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver complex cybersecurity engagements independently or as a lead consultant.</li><li>Act as a technical escalation point to assist other consultants.</li><li>Lead the creation, development, and delivery of custom security solutions.</li><li>Drive security and compliance program development and implementation efforts.</li><li>Design, implement, and educate on specific security processes.</li><li>Provide knowledge transfer and post-engagement support activities.</li><li>Mentor less experienced consultants and support practice development.</li><li>Contribute to internal training, awareness, and cyber strategy initiatives.</li><li>Consistently complete administrative project tasks like time and expense entry, status reporting, and project completion reporting.</li></ul>Mandatory Requirements (Must Have)<ul><li>Fluent Japanese language proficiency.</li><li>Experience in cybersecurity companies only.</li><li>Certification: ISO 27001 or CISSP (at least one).</li><li>Proven experience in security architecture &amp; consulting.</li><li>Strong expertise in networking, operating systems (Windows/UNIX/mainframe), firewalls, IDS/IPS.</li><li>Knowledge of scripting/programming languages (C, Java, Perl, Shell).</li><li>Hands-on experience in vulnerability assessments, incident response, policy creation, and governance.</li><li>Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (PCI DSS, GLBA, Basel II, EU Data Protection, US State Privacy Laws).</li><li>Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to mentor, lead projects, and work in diverse teams.</li><li>Willingness to travel as per business/project requirements.</li></ul>Good-to-Have Skills<ul><li>Professional certifications such as CISM, CISA, CEH, or equivalent.</li><li>Exposure to cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).</li><li>Experience in data privacy &amp; cross-border compliance projects.</li><li>Advanced skills in automation, scripting, or security orchestration.</li><li>Previous consulting experience with global clients.</li><li>Active participation in professional associations (ISACA, ISC2, etc.).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;4,200,000.00 - &#8377;4,500,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have fluent Japanese language proficiency and current or past experience working in cybersecurity companies?</li><li>Do you hold either ISO 27001 or CISSP certification and have proven experience in security architecture &amp; consulting?</li><li>Email &amp; Contact number(mandatory) </li><li>Notice period in days ?(mandatory) </li><li>Date of birth?(mandatory) </li><li>Current location?(this position is Bangalore-on-site/Hybrid)</li><li>Current &amp; expected CTC ?
