Role Overview
We are looking for a strong Demand Management / AdTech Client Management professional with hands-on experience working with advertiser-side clients and DSP platforms. This role focuses on revenue growth, advertiser success, spend scaling, and strategic account management, not campaign trafficking or execution-only profiles.
The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to advertisers, own PnL-driven relationships, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and internal teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end strategic and operational management of advertiser and DSP client relationships
- Drive revenue growth by scaling advertiser spends using data-driven insights and optimization strategies
- Manage onboarding, integrations, and ongoing performance optimization for demand partners
- Work hands-on with DSP platforms such as DV360, TTD, Criteo, Amazon DSP, MediaMath
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention
- Partner with internal product and engineering teams to deliver custom client solutions
- Analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to overall PnL targets
- Stay updated on AdTech trends, competitor offerings, and programmatic ecosystem developments
Mandatory Criteria (Non-Negotiable)
- 3+ years of experience in AdTech account management / demand management / advertiser-side client roles
- (Campaign operations / trafficking-only profiles will NOT be considered)
- Hands-on experience managing programmatic media buying and optimization via DSPs
(DV360, TTD, Criteo, Amazon DSP, MediaMath, etc.)
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth, scale advertiser spends, and deliver PnL impact
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong client-facing confidence
- Background from leading AdTech companies such as: Affle, PubMatic, InMobi, Criteo, TripleLift, Lemma, or similar platforms
- Location constraint mandatory (Mumbai / Pune / Maharashtra)Preferred Criteria
- Exposure to ad exchanges, header bidding, SSP–DSP interplay, and supply optimization
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with large datasets (no coding required)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
