Role Overview:

We are looking for a Head of Brand Marketing and Digital to lead integrated marketing efforts across our various verticals—Teams, Athlete & Talent Management, and Sports IPs. This role demands a mix of strategic thinking, acumen for digital marketing, an analytical approach, P&L ownership, hands-on execution, stakeholder management, and a deep passion for sports.


Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Campaign Management

  • Design and implement marketing strategies for teams, athletes, and sports IPs to build brand equity and fan engagement.
  • Conceptualize and lead 360° campaigns (digital, print, on-ground, influencer) for events, sponsorships, and team launches.
  • Strategically Drive Brand Solutions in proximity to the sales team.
  • Devise fan and community engagement initiatives and develop strategy and execution plans for athlete marketing.
  • Expertise in integrated marketing to be able to pitch marketing and media plans to leagues, brands, IP's, athletes and federations.
  • Oversee content calendars and storytelling initiatives across platforms (social media, OTT, PR, and owned channels).

Sponsorship & Commercial Support

  • Support business development and partnerships through brand decks, campaign recaps, and marketing-led activations.
  • Co-create value with sponsors through co-branded content, digital exposure, and experiential IP integrations.

Events & IP Marketing

  • Drive consumer marketing for existing and new sports IPs—fan acquisition, ticketing campaigns, grassroots outreach.
  • Liaise with event production, digital, and PR teams to ensure consistent narrative across touchpoints.

Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Supervise paid campaigns (Meta, Google, influencer collaborations), and optimize them for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Track analytics and prepare performance reports for campaigns and platforms.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 10+ years of experience in sports, entertainment, or youth-focused brands .
  • Proven track record in brand building , fan marketing , or sports events/IP campaigns and P&L ownership.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing, social media trends, and content-led storytelling.
  • Excellent project management, agency coordination, and communication skills.
  • A natural collaborator with a passion for Indian and global sports.
