We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager/ Group Product Manager - Antibiotic and Injectables portfolio to spearhead the marketing strategy for our prominent Antibiotic and Injectables brands. Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities


1. Corporate Strategy and Growth Management

  • Prepare and recommend effective annual marketing plan and marketing budget for assigned product(s).
  • Design and implement marketing programs aimed at increasing market share and enhancing customer engagement and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze performance of assigned product(s) (Sales vs. Target).
  • Equip sales team with technical expertise through promotional materials, product training, and relevant clinical papers.
  • Prepare effectiveness reports for promotional materials to evaluate suitability and ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze competitors’ strategies and market surveys to identify trends and forecast products.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints for assigned product(s).
  • Conduct and participate in camps, CMEs, round table discussions, medical conferences, and fairs to enhance customer reach and engagement.
  • Ensure 100% hygienic sales by tracking bonus offers and institutional sales closely.


2. Public Relations

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key business accounts, medical professionals, and KOLs to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.


3. Business Innovation

  • Work closely with Marketing Lead to strengthen the presence of assigned product(s).
  • Identify innovative ways to engage and retain customers within the product range.


4. Team Development and People Management

  • Coach, train, and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and maintain a strong market presence.


5. Others

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by Management in the interest of the organization.


Job Requirements


Educational Qualifications

  • Graduate and Postgraduate in Marketing.


Experience (Type & Nature)

  • 6+ years of total experience, including at least 2+ years in handling antibiotic product portfolio.
