QUALIFICATION: B.E/ DIPLOMA (MECHANICAL ENGINEERING) - REQUIREDKEY SKILLS REQUIRED: <ul><li>Prepare project cost estimates and detailed budgets</li><li>Develop cost control plans aligned with project scope and schedule</li><li>Establish cost breakdown structures (CBS) and cost codes</li><li>Support feasibility studies and project baseline budgeting</li><li>Track actual costs vs budgeted costs</li><li>Monitor commitments, expenditures, and accruals</li><li>Identify cost variances and analyze root causes</li><li>Prepare periodic cost reports (weekly/monthly)</li><li>Develop and update Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Estimate to Complete (ETC)</li><li>Forecast cash flow and final project cost</li><li>Highlight risks, trends, and recovery plans to management</li><li>Evaluate variation orders, change requests, and claims</li><li>Maintain change logs and ensure approvals as per contract</li><li>Support commercial team in negotiations</li><li>Review and validate contractor invoices and progress claims</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, planners, QS, procurement, and finance teams</li><li>Identify cost risks and opportunities</li><li>Maintain cost records, backup documents, and audit trails</li><li>Use cost control software (ERP, SAP, Oracle, Primavera, Excel, Power BI, etc.)</li><li>Prepare project cash flow forecasts</li><li>Prepare final cost reports and project cost summaries</li><li>Support final account settlements</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Cost control: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
