Project Cost Controller

QUALIFICATION: B.E/ DIPLOMA (MECHANICAL ENGINEERING) - REQUIRED

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Prepare project cost estimates and detailed budgets
• Develop cost control plans aligned with project scope and schedule
• Establish cost breakdown structures (CBS) and cost codes
• Support feasibility studies and project baseline budgeting
• Track actual costs vs budgeted costs
• Monitor commitments, expenditures, and accruals
• Identify cost variances and analyze root causes
• Prepare periodic cost reports (weekly/monthly)
• Develop and update Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Estimate to Complete (ETC)
• Forecast cash flow and final project cost
• Highlight risks, trends, and recovery plans to management
• Evaluate variation orders, change requests, and claims
• Maintain change logs and ensure approvals as per contract
• Support commercial team in negotiations
• Review and validate contractor invoices and progress claims
• Coordinate with project managers, planners, QS, procurement, and finance teams
• Identify cost risks and opportunities
• Maintain cost records, backup documents, and audit trails
• Use cost control software (ERP, SAP, Oracle, Primavera, Excel, Power BI, etc.)
• Prepare project cash flow forecasts
• Prepare final cost reports and project cost summaries
• Support final account settlements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
