Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced assistant to our Executive Director to lead our organization in achieving its mission and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to foster a collaborative environment. This role requires a proactive approach to managing operations, guiding staff, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure the organization's success.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the organization.</li><li>Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all programs and services.</li><li>management and project coordination.</li><li>Facilitate communication between the staff, and external stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure accurate data entry and maintain organized records for reporting purposes.</li><li>Assist in financial management tasks, including budget oversight and familiarity with QuickBooks.</li><li>Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as necessary.</li><li>Oversee policies and procedures that promote organizational growth and sustainability.</li><li>Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members to foster professional development.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong phone etiquette with excellent interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>Proven experience in executive administrative support roles.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.</li><li>Experience as a personal assistant is highly desirable.</li><li>Proficiency in calendar management to optimize time for executives.</li><li>Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial tracking is a plus.</li></ul>Join our team as an Executive Director and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization while making a meaningful impact in the community we serve.Job Types: Full-time, InternshipPay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hourAbility to Commute:<ul><li>Bryson City, NC 28713 (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Bryson City, NC 28713: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
