<ul><li>Accurately keys all payroll-related data necessary to process payroll and ensure completion of schedules timely.</li><li>Provide &quot;Gold Standard&quot; support to maintain high client retention rates and ensure each client feels prioritized.</li><li>Researches and resolves client and system problems to ensure accurate payroll reports and tax returns.</li><li>Establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients, government agencies, and coworkers to promote a culture of quality service.</li><li>Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.</li><li>Understanding of employee related documents and processes.</li><li>Manage all employee updates, including entering new hires, processing terminations, and maintaining earnings/deduction records.</li><li>Administer complex adjustments including W-4 updates, direct deposits, health insurance, 401(k), child support/garnishments, tax levies, and workers' compensation.</li><li>Strong time-management skills to meet strict processing and shipping deadlines.</li></ul>Qualifications and SkillsA minimum of 3 years of of experience in a high-volume, multi-client payroll environment data entry, customer service, and problem resolution is required. Payroll experience is MUST. Any prior experience with UKR Ready is a plus. Bilingual is a plus. Must be able to multitask and have excellent time management. Detail oriented professional and Self motivated.
