Job Summary We are seeking a reliable Office Assistant to support daily office operations by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This is an entry-level position and full training will be provided for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents</li><li>Enter and update data accurately in company systems</li><li>Handle basic email and phone communications when needed</li><li>Assist with scheduling, paperwork, and office coordination tasks</li><li>Maintain organized digital and physical records</li><li>Support different departments with day-to-day administrative needs</li><li>Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of information</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>No prior experience required &ndash; entry-level candidates are welcome</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)</li><li>Good attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and work independently</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)<ul><li>Previous office or administrative experience</li><li>Familiarity with basic office equipment</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Office-based position</li><li>Full-time</li><li>Training provided</li></ul>Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
