Office Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Office Assistant to support daily office operations by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This is an entry-level position and full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents
  • Enter and update data accurately in company systems
  • Handle basic email and phone communications when needed
  • Assist with scheduling, paperwork, and office coordination tasks
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records
  • Support different departments with day-to-day administrative needs
  • Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of information

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • No prior experience required – entry-level candidates are welcome
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

  • Previous office or administrative experience
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
