About the Role:</b></div><div>
As a Senior Software Engineer &ndash; Backend (Golang), you will be working closely with senior technology leaders to build high-quality, scalable, and reliable backend systems. You will design and develop services using Golang with frameworks like Gin and GORM, ensuring seamless integration with Paytm&rsquo;s ecosystem and alignment with our business strategy and user demand.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Requirements:</b></div><div>
3 to 6 years of backend/server-side application development experience, with strong expertise in <b>Golang</b>.</div><div>
Hands-on experience with <b>Gin framework</b> for building RESTful APIs and <b>GORM</b> for database interactions.</div><div>
Proficiency in working with <b>JSON</b> and designing data-driven APIs.</div><div>
Strong track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software systems.</div><div>
Ability to design and implement microservices-based architectures.</div><div>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex plans and designs.</div><div>
Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.</div><div>
Experience in system design, architecture, and performance optimization.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></div><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.</div><div><b>

Languages:</b> Golang (primary), exposure to Java/Node is a plus.</div><div><b>
Frameworks/Tools:</b> Gin, GORM, JSON, REST APIs.</div><div><b>
Databases:</b> RDBMS (MySQL/Postgres), NoSQL databases.</div><div><b>
Messaging:</b> Kafka, RabbitMQ.</div><div><b>
Caching:</b> Redis, Aerospike.</div><div><b>
Cloud &amp; Microservices:</b> AWS, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).</div><div>

Senior Software Engineer - Backend (Java & Golang )

Develop and maintain key relationships: Build trust and rapport with high-value clients and senior decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships.</div><div>
Drive upsell and cross-sell: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business within existing accounts by introducing new or enhanced products and services (e.g., additional payment solutions, lending products).</div><div>
Create strategic account plans: Develop and execute growth strategies tailored to each client's specific business objectives to maximize revenue and profitability.</div><div></div><div><br>
Solution delivery and client advocacy</div><div>
Serve as the main point of contact: Act as the central liaison between the client and internal teams, including product, engineering, and operations.</div><div>
Guide the onboarding process: Support clients through the full onboarding cycle to ensure a smooth and successful start.</div><div>
Provide tailored solutions: Use a deep understanding of the client's business and technical needs to propose and implement customized fintech solutions.</div><div>

Key Account Manager

<div><div><div>1-3 years of professional software development experience</div><div>
Good knowledge of Java and Kotlin (including coroutines).</div><div>
Expert understanding of the Android System APIs, Android app lifecycle</div><div>
Knowledge of open-source and commercial libraries commonly used in the Android ecosystem, including android architecture components, jetpack libraries, okhttp, retrofit, ...</div><div>
Knowledge of multi-threaded, asynchronous code</div><div>
Experience with animation, and implementing user interface designs</div><div>
Knowledge of design patterns such as MVVM</div><div>
Skilled at writing Unit tests and Automation tests with espresso</div><div>
