 Role Overview
 
 
 
 We are looking for a Product Manager to own and scale Paytm&rsquo;s Cross Border Payments platform. This role requires deep hands-on experience in payment products across acquiring, gateways, banking integrations, and cross-border settlement systems.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own end-to-end product roadmap for cross-border payments including import/export flows, multi-currency acceptance, FX management, and settlement orchestration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead integrations with sponsor banks, payment networks, and FX partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design scalable settlement, reconciliation, and payment features aligned with regulatory requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, compliance, and business teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to understand different technology platforms, their features and be able to work with solution architects/engineering leads and write detailed product requirement documents, manage future roadmaps and deliverables.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work with multiple stakeholders / senior management / cross-functional teams to influence them for quicker decisions, manage sudden technical roadblocks and be able to clear them.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 8+ years of product management experience with strong exposure to payments infrastructure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in acquiring, PSP, gateway, issuing, or global fintech environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of cross-border payment rails, FX mechanics, and banking integrations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong execution focus with ability to operate in complex, high-scale environments.
 </li>

 Role Summary
 
 
 
 As the National Sales Manager for the Enterprise team, you will be responsible for leading strategic sales initiatives, driving revenue growth across large corporate and enterprise accounts, and expanding Paytm&rsquo;s footprint in the digital payments ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Tech, Operations, and Risk to deliver tailored solutions and exceed commercial goals.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and manage the Enterprise sales function to achieve revenue targets across assigned markets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers at large enterprise clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive new business acquisition while maximizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own the P&amp;L and performance metrics for enterprise portfolios, ensuring consistent achievement of quarterly and annual sales objectives.

 Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Operations, Risk &amp; Compliance) to tailor offerings and resolve escalations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service level agreements with key accounts.
 </li>

 Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and performance data to inform strategic decision-making.

 Mentor and guide regional sales managers or account leadership to cultivate a high-performance sales organization.

 Required Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or key account management&mdash;preferably within payments, fintech, or BFSI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in enterprise B2B environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategic mindset with ability to assess data and prioritize actionable insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams.
 </li>
 </ul>
