Must possess the ability to interact positively with patients, personnel, and the general public.The Front Desk Duties:Entails all general administrative duties which include, but not limited to: answering phones, scheduling/ confirming appointments, welcoming and checking patients in and out, dental insurance verification, follow-up on claims, treatment planning, and insurance pre-authorizations, collect fees, arrange payment plans, and billing; establishing and running social media presence for the practice. Assisting the office manager with other administrative tasks as needed.Dental Assisting Duties:Entails assisting the dentist and dental hygienist during dental procedures, dental diagnostic x-rays, sterilizes and disinfects instruments, sets up instrument trays, and prepares materials. Knowledgeable of dental office clinical equipment and individual maintenance/cleaning schedules for such equipment.If you have a knack for customer service, exceptional communication, and social media skills, and know or willing to learn the Dentrix office system, we'd like to meet you.**Kindly do not send resumes if you are not proficient using a computer.Job Types: Part-time, TemporaryPay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Dental Assisting: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
