We have a job opportunity for a Front Desk/Dental Assistant with the ability to multitask and work as part of a team. Must possess the ability to interact positively with patients, personnel, and the general public.

The Front Desk Duties:

Entails all general administrative duties which include, but not limited to: answering phones, scheduling/ confirming appointments, welcoming and checking patients in and out, dental insurance verification, follow-up on claims, treatment planning, and insurance pre-authorizations, collect fees, arrange payment plans, and billing; establishing and running social media presence for the practice. Assisting the office manager with other administrative tasks as needed.

Dental Assisting Duties:

Entails assisting the dentist and dental hygienist during dental procedures, dental diagnostic x-rays, sterilizes and disinfects instruments, sets up instrument trays, and prepares materials. Knowledgeable of dental office clinical equipment and individual maintenance/cleaning schedules for such equipment.

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
