Marketing &amp; Sales CoordinatorLocation: Hallsville, TX Schedule: Full-Time, Monday&ndash;FridayAbout the RolePocket Change Fab (PCF Custom Fabrication) is looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-driven Marketing &amp; Sales Coordinator to join our team full-time in Hallsville, TX. This position combines marketing, website management, and sales &mdash; perfect for someone who&rsquo;s equal parts tech-savvy and powersports-obsessed.You&rsquo;ll manage our online presence, assist customers and dealers, and drive sales through engaging marketing campaigns, accurate product listings, and strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and update Shopify website listings, product details, and visuals</li><li>Use basic HTML/Liquid to improve website layouts and enhance user experience</li><li>Create and schedule engaging content and graphics using Canva</li><li>Plan and execute social media and email marketing campaigns</li><li>Track and report analytics to improve website traffic and conversions</li><li>Optimize listings and campaigns for SEO performance</li><li>Respond to leads, prepare quotes, and assist customers through the sales process</li><li>Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth order flow</li><li>Capture or coordinate photo/video content for marketing and promotional use</li><li>Represent PCF at shows, events, and races as needed</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Sales experience is required &mdash; must be confident handling leads, quotes, and customer interactions</li><li>Powersports knowledge is required &mdash; must understand side-by-sides, ATVs, and off-road culture</li><li>Shopify experience (adding products, editing pages, using Liquid code)</li><li>Proficiency with Canva and strong marketing design sense</li><li>Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management</li><li>Self-starter who thrives in a small business environment where every day is different</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Full-time schedule (Monday&ndash;Friday)</li><li>Opportunity to grow with an expanding powersports brand</li><li>Fun, creative work environment surrounded by off-road builds and big energy</li></ul>How to ApplySend your resume and examples of your work (social posts, design samples, or marketing projects) to info@pocketchangefab.comIf you can sell, market, and live the off-road lifestyle &mdash; we want you on #TeamPCFJob Type: Full-timeBase Pay: From $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
