About the Role

Pocket Change Fab (PCF Custom Fabrication) is looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-driven Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our team full-time in Hallsville, TX. This position combines marketing, website management, and sales — perfect for someone who’s equal parts tech-savvy and powersports-obsessed.

You’ll manage our online presence, assist customers and dealers, and drive sales through engaging marketing campaigns, accurate product listings, and strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update Shopify website listings, product details, and visuals
• Use basic HTML/Liquid to improve website layouts and enhance user experience
• Create and schedule engaging content and graphics using Canva
• Plan and execute social media and email marketing campaigns
• Track and report analytics to improve website traffic and conversions
• Optimize listings and campaigns for SEO performance
• Respond to leads, prepare quotes, and assist customers through the sales process
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth order flow
• Capture or coordinate photo/video content for marketing and promotional use
• Represent PCF at shows, events, and races as needed

Skills & Qualifications

• Sales experience is required — must be confident handling leads, quotes, and customer interactions
• Powersports knowledge is required — must understand side-by-sides, ATVs, and off-road culture
• Shopify experience (adding products, editing pages, using Liquid code)
• Proficiency with Canva and strong marketing design sense
• Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management
• Self-starter who thrives in a small business environment where every day is different
