We are looking for someone who is honest and hardworking for this unique role.Water &amp; Fire Technician duties include:<ul><li>Cleaning, packing and moving damaged or stored contents</li><li>Demolition of affected commercial and residential properties</li><li>Installation of drying equipment</li><li>Application of chemical products in response to the water loss</li><li>Water extraction</li></ul>Benefits include:<ul><li>Competitive pay = $20 - $22 per hour with minimum of 40 hours a week guaranteed.</li><li>Profit sharing plan.</li><li>Benefits available after 3 months.</li><li>401 K available after 6 months.</li><li>Paid company holidays.</li><li>Accrued vacation time.</li><li>Full time position - with a rotating on call schedule.</li></ul>Expectations:<ul><li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and your own reliable transportation to our shop</li><li>Ability to work in the USA</li><li>Must be able to read and speak fluent English, fluent in Spanish is a plus</li><li>Water restoration and demolition experience preferred (IICRC certifications)</li><li>Mechanically inclined - must know how to use basic power hand tools for demolition</li><li>Basic math skills</li><li>Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance</li><li>Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)</li><li>Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time</li><li>Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects</li><li>Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals</li></ul>Please send your resume AND a cover letter about why you would be a great fit with PDQ Restoration .
