Water & Fire Technician duties include:

• Cleaning, packing and moving damaged or stored contents
• Demolition of affected commercial and residential properties
• Installation of drying equipment
• Application of chemical products in response to the water loss
• Water extraction

Expectations:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and your own reliable transportation to our shop
• Ability to work in the USA
• Must be able to read and speak fluent English, fluent in Spanish is a plus
• Water restoration and demolition experience preferred (IICRC certifications)
• Mechanically inclined - must know how to use basic power hand tools for demolition
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Restoration: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• IICRC Certification (Preferred)
• Forklift Certification (Preferred)
