Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch</li><li>
Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly</li><li>
Conduct two open houses weekly</li><li>
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments</li><li>
Participate in daily script practice per team standards</li><li>
Participate in team activities per team standards</li><li>
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call</li><li>
Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes</li><li>
Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services</li><li>
Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers</li><li>
Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><p>
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.</p><ul><li>
