Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude</li><li>
Answer phones and schedule appointments</li><li>
Verify insurance benefits and assist with treatment estimates</li><li>
Collect payments and manage patient accounts</li><li>
Maintain accurate patient records</li><li>
Coordinate recall and confirmation calls</li><li>
Communicate effectively with doctors, hygienists, and team members</li><li>
Assist with daily office administrative tasks</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Previous dental front office experience preferred</li><li>
Knowledge of dental insurance and billing</li><li>
Experience with dental software (Eaglesoft) preferred</li><li>
Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>
Professional appearance and positive attitude</li></ul>
