Dental Insurance Coordinator/ Receptionist

Our growing dental practice is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate is welcoming, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk through our doors.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with treatment estimates
• Collect payments and manage patient accounts
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Coordinate recall and confirmation calls
• Communicate effectively with doctors, hygienists, and team members
• Assist with daily office administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous dental front office experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental insurance and billing
• Experience with dental software (Eaglesoft) preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
