Peak Creative is a digital marketing agency looking for a contract Digital Marketing Specialist with proven, demonstrable expertise in Meta and Google Ads. This is our biggest priority - we need someone who has personally managed and optimized paid campaigns that delivered measurable results, not a generalist who dabbles across channels.What you'll do:<ul><li>Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram for multiple clients (this is the core of the role)</li><li>Diagnose underperforming campaigns and make data-driven optimization decisions - bid strategies, audience targeting, keyword refinement, creative testing</li><li>Leverage AI tools strategically within marketing workflows - campaign ideation, creative variations, audience research, performance analysis, automation</li><li>Help build and organize a centralized content library system to streamline social media content creation and repurposing</li><li>Analyze campaign performance in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads; translate data into clear recommendations</li><li>Support SEO, email marketing, and CMS (WordPress) updates as needed</li></ul>What we're looking for:<ul><li>Proven track record with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads - please come ready to walk us through specific campaigns you've run, what you changed, and the results. Generic &quot;I've used these platforms&quot; experience won't cut it.</li><li>Strong command of AI tools for marketing ( Claude, Claude Code, Manus AI, or similar) and a clear point of view on where AI adds real leverage vs. where it doesn't</li><li>Experience organizing content libraries, asset management systems, or content workflows that help creators produce social media content more efficiently</li><li>Analytical instincts - you read data and adjust, not just report</li><li>Self-directed and organized; able to manage multiple client campaigns without hand-holding</li></ul>Bonus points:<ul><li>Content creation skills (copy, graphics, short-form video)</li><li>SEO experience (keyword research, on-page, technical audits with SEMrush or Ahrefs)</li><li>Email marketing and automation workflow experience</li></ul>The details:<ul><li>Contract position, remote</li><li>Compensation: $2,000&ndash;$3,500/month depending on experience, with room to grow as the client roster expands</li><li>Real ownership over campaigns and a direct working relationship with agency leadership</li></ul>If you're a paid-media specialist first and a marketing generalist second, we want to hear from you.
