Digital Marketing Specialist - AI Solutions

Peak Creative is a digital marketing agency looking for a contract Digital Marketing Specialist with proven, demonstrable expertise in Meta and Google Ads. This is our biggest priority - we need someone who has personally managed and optimized paid campaigns that delivered measurable results, not a generalist who dabbles across channels.

What you'll do:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram for multiple clients (this is the core of the role)
  • Diagnose underperforming campaigns and make data-driven optimization decisions - bid strategies, audience targeting, keyword refinement, creative testing
  • Leverage AI tools strategically within marketing workflows - campaign ideation, creative variations, audience research, performance analysis, automation
  • Help build and organize a centralized content library system to streamline social media content creation and repurposing
  • Analyze campaign performance in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads; translate data into clear recommendations
  • Support SEO, email marketing, and CMS (WordPress) updates as needed

What we're looking for:

  • Proven track record with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads - please come ready to walk us through specific campaigns you've run, what you changed, and the results. Generic "I've used these platforms" experience won't cut it.
  • Strong command of AI tools for marketing ( Claude, Claude Code, Manus AI, or similar) and a clear point of view on where AI adds real leverage vs. where it doesn't
  • Experience organizing content libraries, asset management systems, or content workflows that help creators produce social media content more efficiently
  • Analytical instincts - you read data and adjust, not just report
  • Self-directed and organized; able to manage multiple client campaigns without hand-holding

Bonus points:

  • Content creation skills (copy, graphics, short-form video)
  • SEO experience (keyword research, on-page, technical audits with SEMrush or Ahrefs)
  • Email marketing and automation workflow experience

The details:

  • Contract position, remote
  • Compensation: $2,000–$3,500/month depending on experience, with room to grow as the client roster expands
  • Real ownership over campaigns and a direct working relationship with agency leadership
